Soren Drastrup (b. 1989, Denmark) is a photographer and casting-director residing in Copenhagen, Denmark
He graduated from Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie in Berlin, Germany in 2018, where he graduated with the series, "It's not you, it's me.",
showcasing images of friends, lovers and acquaintances photographed over a three year period in Berlin.

Soren's work mixes the genres of portrait, fashion and documentary, and is often characterised by its authenticity, intimacy and fragility.
His photographic work has been exhibited internationally, with solo-exhibitions in Paris, Berlin and Copenhagen, as well as group exhibitions in Berlin, Hamburg, Moscow, Bratislava and Guangzhou.

Alongside his photographic career, he also works as a casting director in the fashion, film, and advertising industries.
Drawn to non-traditional faces and strong character, he seeks to highlight a beauty that is diverse and inclusive.
This passion has also led him to scout new talent for industry-leading modeling agencies worldwide.
